SCOTCH PLAINS - Summit Animal Rescue Association held its fifth annual Pet Adoption Fair at Parker Gardens in Scotch Plains on Saturday, Oct. 18. Dozens of cats of all sizes, shapes and colors slept patiently in their cages, pausing to raise their heads from time to time, if someone interesting came by or there was an interesting noise. SARA, as the organization is known, is headquartered in Berkeley Heights.
