The township would have to come up with at least an estimated $2,290,000 in order to acquire land currently housing the so-called "Upper Campus" of Little Flower parish in a "land swap" that possibly will result in a new municipal complex being built on the site. That was the conclusion given by real estate appraiser Paul T. Beisser of Value Research Group at Mondays first hearing into the discussions currently underway between the township and the Roman Catholic parish that have resulted in a memorandum of understanding by the two parties.

SAGEs Furniture Restoration Workshop recently had the opportunity to recane eight Danish modern dining room chairs that were unique - the back rest was double-sided with cane, which meant that the woven areas on both sides had to be done without any of the stitching or tied ends showing from the other side.
