Berkeley Heights schools have announced early dismissals as the pending blizzard is set to dump one to two feet of snow on the state tomorrow. Berkeley Heights is under a Blizzard watch from Monday afternoon through Tuesday evening, as more than a foot of "heavy blowing snow" is predicted to hit the state, the National Weather Service reports.
